Latin Wine Dinner in the Art Speaks Gallery

The Event -  Wednesday, March 23, 6-9pm

Join us for our first wine event of 2022, a catered dinner with Latin Cuisine, wine, art, and music.

Passed hors d'oeuvres will be followed by a two-course dinner and dessert. Each course will be paired with wine, presented by sommelier Nik Vukaj, of Lanterna Distributors, Inc. Catering is by The White Dog Bistro.

Diego Sanchez will be our featured artist for the evening. 

Flower arrangements are generously donated by Riverwood Designs.

Tickets are $110 each. Tables of 2, 4, or 6 are preferred.

The Menu

Light Hors d'Oeuvres

• Shrimp and Avocado on Crostini (Brazilian) with Heirloom Tomato/Avocado (Vegan option available)
• Marinated Octopus and Fire Roasted Red Pepper Salad (Chilean) (Vegan option available)
• Guajillo Pork and Pineapple Skewers (Central American)

1st Course Seated Dinner 

• Marinated Hearts of Palm Salad with Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa, Sliced Mango and Brazil Nuts     (Brazilian)

2nd Course Seated Dinner (select one)

• Carne Guisada: Traditional Puerto Rican Dish of Adobo Braised Beef with Potatoes and Caramelized Vegetables. Served with Rustic Bread.
• Cazuela de Mariscos: a Columbian Seafood Melange. In ours you'll find Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, and Clams Cooked in a Savory Broth with Hints of Citrus and Coconut. Served with Confetti Rice.
• Vegan Asado: Argentinian Style of Marinated and Grilled Portabella "Steak" with Fired Roasted Red Pepper, Charred Root Vegetables, and Roasted Red Bliss Potato Drizzled in a Fresh Herb Chimichurri.

3rd Course Dessert

• Chef's Selection of Spanish Cheeses with Fruit and Alfajores: a Chilean Macaroon Style Butter Cookie with Dolce    de Leche Spread.

Red and White Wines will be available for course pairings.
